Short lived!
B was invited to leave his new day care today. If you are counting, that was three days. Not his finest hour, by a long shot.
Apparently they frown upon hitting, kicking, biting, and cutting the hair of other children. I get that. I really do. What bugs me is this is the third time he has been invited to leave a day care because he hit the director. Hitting a teacher is not acceptable, but they have never asked him to leave over that.
Why do the day care directors take these actions personally? It’s not as if he understands the hierarchy of employees, especially not after three days. He doesn’t realize that hitting person A is a worse offense than hitting person B.
Back to the drawing board. I’m running out of child care centers near his school. Any ideas?
